Kering Acquires Minority Stake in China's Icicle to Deepen Luxury Ties
French luxury conglomerate Kering, owner of Gucci, announced on Thursday it will purchase a minority stake in Shanghai-based Icicle Fashion Group through a new partnership with Icicle's parent, ICCF.
